Our 480 sq ft. ADU consists of two — 2” x 30’ containers in order to create an open concept floor plan. The model 420 has several different layout options that allow it to be featured either as a 1 or 2 bedroom ADU.
Delivery
The Model 480 will arrive to your desired location as 3 separate modified containers. Our process is as simple as delivering the containers to your site then: plating, welding, and waterproofing the units on location. In just two days your dream ADU will be complete!
