Our 320 sq ft. ADU consists of two — 2” x 30’ containers mated together in order to create an open concept floor plan. The model 320 features a kitchen, full bathroom, & living/sleeping quarters that flow together for a modern living studio experience.
Delivery
The Model 320 will arrive to your desired location as 2 separate modified containers. Our process is as simple as delivering the containers to your site then: plating, welding, and waterproofing the units on location.
